**The Role**

Mineral Resources Human Resources is continuing to grow, and we are seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the People Systems Lead, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of fit for purpose HR reporting and analytics to assist the needs of the HR function and MinRes. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing input to people system initiatives through requirements gathering, testing and implementation support activities and ongoing system administration, troubleshooting and enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver People reporting and analytics requirements through the creation of new reports/dashboards
- Deliver transactional, ad-hoc, cyclical and legislative reporting data requests as required by the business
- Work closely with end users/key stakeholders to ensure data integrity across all People systems
- Contribute to an integrated and cohesive data management approach and improve data storytelling
- Provide recommendations for systems optimisation, business efficiencies and work practices through a variety of technical solutions
- Support all People solutions by providing input to requirements gathering, UAT and education and training of end users
- Prepare and maintain training materials, guides and documentation
- Review systems security frameworks through ongoing maintenance of users and periodic audits
- Interrogate and analyse master data to support projects and initiatives
- Provide Systems Administration support for existing and new People solutions

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, technology, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous experience using SAP or Spinifex Easy Reporter
- Strong data analytics skills and advanced capability in Microsoft Excel
- Power BI experience is advantageous (Languages: SQL/DAX)
- Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
