ISMT College is seeking energetic, motivated, confident and outgoing Trainers and Assessors to provide a high standard of delivery and assessments to aspiring international students for the following qualifications:

- MSF30322 - Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology  

Training location is in Liverpool, NSW. The available positions are for trainers/ assessors who will be assigned student groups that will be timetabled according to the training plans and availability. Duties include but are not limited to:

- e-learning platform (aXcelerate) learning for students
- Conducting, marking and recording student assessments
- Provide student support
- Maintenance of all aspects of compliance related to working in the VET environment
- Involve in assessment validation and moderation
- Assist to develop quality training
- Review/evaluate training programs
- Review/evaluate assessment processes and modify
- Develop resources / upgrading and keeping resources abreast with changes in the industry
- Ensuring a high level of training is provided to students.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to students via all means of communication (be it verbal or written)
- Engage with key internal stakeholders.

About you
- You are well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You have previous experience in education/training based role and/or experience in the relevant industry
- You have excellent presentation skills; including a positive and professional work manner
- You have the ability to priorities work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures
- You are flexible in the hours you can work; evening and weekend work is required

Necessary qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
- Relevant qualification in Cabinet Making (e.g., Certificate III in Cabinet Making).
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in cabinet making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using training and assessment tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of AQTF, ASQA
- 2 + years practical work experience in the field you deliver training
- A national police check (issued within the past 12 months)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
