The Leadership, Talent and Reward (LT&R) team encompasses Talent & Leadership, Group Performance & Reward, Group Reward Optimisation, Performance and Reward Consulting and Transformation & Enablement. We aim to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people.

**About the role**

At CBA, our Reward Managers provide specialist reward advice and support to the Group’s businesses across the globe.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Designing and providing strategic, market competitive solutions, strategic advice and reward frameworks across both Australia and our offshore locations
- Building strong relationships with our HR partners and key senior business stakeholders across the Group
- Providing consultative reward advice across key projects
- Identifying and proposing effective and appropriate changes and enhancements to existing reward frameworks to meet internal and external needs
- Providing advice on internal and external market reward trends
- Providing innovative reward solutions that meet emerging business needs and regulatory requirements
- Delivering remuneration education and coaching across the HR community
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward (including Human Resources more broadly), identifying emerging trends impacting on the Group’s reward strategies and frameworks. Sourcing, analysing and modelling remuneration data and insights to inform reward solutions.

**About you**

To meet this challenge and be effective in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- A track record in delivering broad reward projects and solutions within a large, complex organisation, preferably with a global presence
- Strong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are a given.
- Superior project management skills, evidenced by the delivery of reward projects and/or implementation of significant reward changes in a large corporate or consulting environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others and demonstrated capability to take the lead and make decisions
- Achievements in managing situations where leadership and influencing skills are paramount to achieving success
- Curiosity to dig deeper, explore problems and underlying challenges.
- Understanding of the financial services environment is preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
