**Description**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

To assist the Global Operations and International Division to achieve key deliverables and Sales budgets by providing quality assistance and support.

**This is a part-time role working 20 hours over 4 or 5 days per week. 2 days can be worked from home.**

**Main responsibilities include**:
**_Operational Support - Latin America Distribution:_**
- Providing full operational support to Latin America Account Manager Distribution Market- Working directly with Latin America Distribution Partners- Working closely with Moose China teams for all operational matters- Reviewing production issues and coordinating combined production runs- Managing and vetting Distributors- Managing Moose asset library- Working closely with Samples team to execute customer’s sample requests and packing dispatch mock samples- Following up customers on outstanding AR statements / debit notes, order payments- Supporting Account Manager with all Toy Fair follow up requirements- Managing Data entry of seasonal forecast and support with reporting**_Administration - Samples Operations_**
- Assisting with tracking and reporting of Global samples- Preparing Forecast reporting and general updates to the Supply system**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years experience in a similar role preferably within the FMCG industry- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)- Strong methodical approach, able to multi-task with high attention to detail- Able to show initiative and strong problem-solving skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Basic understanding of Letters of Credit / shipping procedures desired**ABOUT US**
