**About the role**

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Junior Marketing and Communications Executive to join our Marketing team, and work across a broad range of exciting projects. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, finance and technology. You’ll have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment, alongside our Marketing Director and Co-Founder and Chief Product & Marketing Officer, whilst being encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table. **The role**
- Manage, develop and execute marketing and communication strategy across the business to drive demand for Douugh features
- Develop marketing and communications strategies that promote positive awareness of the features and benefits
- Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns to meet organisational objectives from inception through to post-campaign review
- Help plan and execute the Go-to-market of new products releases
- Work cross-functionally across the business to execute your role effectively, including the Product, Data and Customer Services teams
- Plan, build and optimise automated lifecycle communication campaigns to drive results.
- Manage social media channels and implement a content strategy aligned to the business goals

**Key skills**
- Must have a tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications
- Graduate with internship experience or 1+ years experience in marketing/communications
- Experience & knowledge in devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong wordsmith skills and creative writing
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills with demonstrable copywriting experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

**Bonus**
- Writing experience and a love for writing (copywriting will be a big part of this role)
- Competent working knowledge of Intercom
- Avid Social media/content creator
