**The Role**

Our QA Analysts will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for Tambla service and software releases. The team works closely across departments providing a unique opportunity to learn Tambla’s products and processes - thus paving the way for a move cross-functionally after 12 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Review design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate
- When a product does not perform within specifications, report defects to Developers, Business Analysts, Consultants & Support staff while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.

**The Person**

This is a unique opportunity for a team player who is looking for that opportunity to get stuck into learning and doing exciting work. You may have 2 - 3 years of experience with a software vendor or be a recent graduate looking for their first role to showcase what they have learnt and what they are capable of.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or an Analyst with some experience & understanding of the agile software development lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, business analysts, project managers, and customer support.
- Solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
