HammondCare’s sub-acute health services are located within Sydney at the following locations:

- Braeside Hospital (South-West Sydney),
- Greenwich Hospital (Lower-North Shore),
- Neringah Hospital (Northern Suburbs), and
- Mona Vale Community Palliative Care services (Northern Beaches).

**More about the role**:
This role works within HammondCare Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action to provide quality healthcare to patients under supervision, while developing a broad knowledge of the principles and practice of palliative medicine.

**Essential criteria**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with Medical Board of Australia.
- Advanced trainee in any specialty with RACP.
- Experience in Palliative Medicine or related specialty.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Demonstrated safe and competent clinical experience.
- Demonstrated sound, effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
- Organisational ability - both personal organisation and ability to supervise others.
- Demonstrated compassion and caring attitude.
