Position

**Overview**

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their furniture selections, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while developing valuable sales and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales events, and product offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed

**Qualifications**
- **Previous retail sales experience (preferred), hospitality applicants welcome.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for furniture/homeware and interior design
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
