**The Position**

As a Retail Assistant you will take pride in being known as a Sales Professional. A full time, permanent team member, can expect to be integral in showcasing the Michael Hill story and products to our customers. You can expect to develop and demonstrate strong business acumen, driven to obtain strong sales results and profitability for your own and team sales targets.

**You will also;**
- Be personable and approachable in a strong sales environment;
- Familiarity with sales targets and KPI’s is desired
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store
- Create a premium experience and connect with customers to discover their own story; showcasing extensive product knowledge
- Complement our premium brand through impeccable personal presentation
- Creatively maintain visual merchandising standards and be proud to uphold brand representation through store maintenance
- Be motivated by professional goal attainment and growth opportunities within Michael Hill
