Fantastic opportunity for a policy expert to join Digital Victoria in their drive to deliver digital transformation to Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Digital Victoria in the Department Premier and Cabinet and make a difference to Victoria's digital transformation agenda.
Digital Victoria will create a modern, coordinated and sustainable approach to digital processes and services for the Victorian Government that will improve the digital user experience, increase government's productivity and ability to deliver strategic outcomes, and grow the local digital economy.
This role will be a driver of Digital Victoria's digital transformation program which will deliver services that citizens expect and ensuring Victoria is a digital leader.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Reform, this role will:
- contribute to strategic and transformational digital policy reform projects
- work collaboratively across Digital Victoria, DPC, departments and agencies and external stakeholders
- provide leadership and expertise to deliver digital policy reform projects.
**About You**
- highly developed experience in leading technical digital reform projects
- experience leading complex policy research, analysis and advice
- analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, sound judgment and capacity to make decisions and recommendations
- excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and ability to work constructively and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
