Join us as Service Procurement Coordinator where you will be working with customers to ensure our products and systems provide maximum performance, our service teams solve a wide variety of key industrial challenges. We increase productivity and reliability, lengthen product life span, and improve safety. Critically, we also reduce costs, energy consumption and emissions in Electrification Business Area. Reporting to Service Operations Manager and you will be based in Moorebank, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Using SAP as a tool for conducting supply chain management and managing procurement, MRP, stock and inventory
- Improving equipment availability and efficiency through quality maintenance
- Developing strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders
- Liaising with clients and factory to arrange the delivery of parts and equipment
- Utilizing business ERP systems and processes to optimize operations effectiveness including monitoring and analyzing to drive business performance as well as identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring and forecasting financial performance of job execution against expected cost
- Identifying deviations and route causes

**Your background**:

- Diploma / Certificate in similar role
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Supply Chain order processing environment, with contractor / suppliers
- Stock management experience
- Order booking, Billing of Spares, good receipt, and inventory
- Strong SAP and Salesforce knowledge and MS Office and MS Outlook is must
- Basic finance understanding/knowledge and commercial aspects of business
- Keen knowledge of Reporting with ability to track project costs vs plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Open to change and innovation to drive improvement and business excellence
