Our client specialises in managing Tier-1 Tenancies throughout Australia and New Zealand and maintain an exclusive partnership with one of the Australia’s largest retailers. Despite being a relatively small enterprise, their notable success has been marked by rapid growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a national portfolio of 110 properties, anchored by tier 1 tenants and predominantly retail strip shops and multi-tenanted retail assets. In this Asset Manager position, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the property, including rent collection, arrears, and communication with tenants. Whilst not responsible for financial gain, you will be leading conversations around leasing and negotiations. You must have experience using Cirrus 8 software - non-negotiable.

Joining a small team of 10 high achievers with lots of support from the Director team, you can also look forward to flexible working options once completed probation.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management of a national portfolio of 110 properties, anchored by tier 1 tenants and predominantly retail strip shops and multi-tenanted retail assets.
- Ensure that all rental agreements are adhered to and that tenants are compliant with their contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure maximum occupancy levels and financial performance.
- Monitor market trends, tenant demands, and industry developments to inform decisions on rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals etc.
- Manage relationships with tenants and other stakeholders such as landlords, solicitors etc.

**Skills And Experience**
- Proven experience in managing commercial property portfolios
- Must have experience using Cirrus 8 software.
- Must have knowledge around Retail Leases Act.
- Excellent understanding of Real Estate & Property sector regulations
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for tenant retention
- Outstanding organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrable track record in delivering high quality customer service
