Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Picker and Packer / Storeperson to join our team at Active Auto Sportique. As a Junior Picker and Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining an organized inventory system. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are starting their career in warehousing and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Perform inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counting
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments
- Pickup from suppliers
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Drivers license - comfortable with driving a manual
- Knowledge and passion about the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
