We are seeking a Kitchen hand in Coburg North Melbourne. Part time position.

**Responsibilities**
- Food Preparation: Kitchen hands assist in the preparation of ingredients, anmoulding cakes and slicing fruits, packaging
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen is crucial. Kitchen hands are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes. This includes washing, drying, and storing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Dishwashing: Kitchen hands often handle dishwashing duties, operating commercial dishwashers or manually washing dishes, glassware, and silverware. They ensure that all items are properly cleaned and ready for use.
- Kitchen Organization: Keeping the kitchen organized and well-stocked is essential. Kitchen hands help in maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing ingredients, utensils, and equipment in designated storage areas.
- Assisting: Kitchen hands support during food preparation and service. This may involve fetching ingredients, retrieving utensils or equipment and packaging etc.
- Waste Management: Properly managing waste and recycling is an important aspect of kitchen operations. Kitchen hands may be responsible for separating and disposing of waste, recycling materials, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Adhering to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Kitchen hands must follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. This includes practicing good personal hygiene, wearing appropriate protective gear, and adhering to food safety regulations.
