Pre-packing Supervisor 2ic

Gibb Bros Farming operates a successful farming business across several sites in south east Queensland. We are growing and packing fresh produce to supply supermarkets and the Market.

Due to recent internal structural changing, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic supervisor 2IC to help run our Prepacking operation.

This will involve the setting up and monitoring of the production lines, including quality and performance.

To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following criteria:
Must be looking for responsibility and able to take on responsibility.

Similar pervious working experience in the food manufacturing company would be an advantage.

High attention to detail.

Physically fit and be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Prepared to work over a 6 day operating week.

Unlimited working right in Australia.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Peak Crossing, QLD 4306: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
