About North East Link North East Link is the biggest ever investment in Melbourne’s north-east - changing the way people move around Melbourne. Victoria’s longest road tunnels will fix the missing link in our city’s freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads a day and slash travel times by up to 35 minutes. We’ll also complete the Ring Road in Greensborough, overhaul the Eastern Freeway, build Melbourne’s first dedicated busway and the North East Trail - more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.

**About the Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Graduate, Governance to be part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria, with an exciting position in the 2023 Graduate Program at North East Link Program

Operating under the umbrella of the ‘Office of the CEO', you'll gain a unique aerial view of key activities happening across the entire organisation. You'll collaborate across project teams such as Legal, Finance, Engineering, LPE and Delivery to develop an understanding of their past, current and future strategic needs. You'll be involved with a high degree of external stakeholder engagement, with the need to engage with parties such as MTIB, the Minister's Office and Cabinet to acquire project approvals and inform them of key project updates.

Over a 2-year program, you'll undertake:

- rotations in teams relevant to your discipline
- a structured learning and development program involving a range of professional and personal development workshops, site visits, project work, mentoring and experiential learning opportunities.
- career planning to prepare you for the next step in your career.

***About You**

You have:

- Completed your degree between January 2020 and January 2023
- A degree in Bachelor of Arts, Business, Political Science or Public Policy.
