**About the role**
Looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their business located in Caringbah. The beginning of a new career path with an OEM manufacturer. Get your foot in the door in a rare opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.

**Duties**
- Provide a high level of technical support to the dealer network and customers.
- Manage technical assistance requests and develop timely solutions
- Monitor, assess and report technical trends to the Manager, Technical Support
- Produce high-quality Service Bulletins and Technical Tips
- Maintain the Policy and Procedure manual with specific reference to Technical Service support
- Produce high-quality technical reports
- Administer all aspects of Special Service Campaigns/Recalls
- Provide technical support for all internal staff
- Prepare detailed product reports after investigation and ensure where necessary related parts are returned to the central office for further inspection and investigation
- Constantly upgrade knowledge by attending internal/external product and other training
- Perform other related duties as required

**Skills and experience**
- **Heavy vehicle experience desirable or experienced light vehicle technician level or Auto Electrician.**:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy to an intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to liaise effectively at all levels of an organization
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the automotive/heavy vehicle industry & Trade qualification.
