Are you a trade-certified mechanic seeking an exciting change? If you possess strong interpersonal skills and embrace international travel, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. At Just Automotive Recruitment, we specialise in the automotive sector, focusing on heavy and light vehicles, as well as plant and construction machinery. With a rapidly expanding client base, we're seeking a dynamic individual, ideally from a trade background, with experience in recruitment, business development, service management, or similar roles to join our thriving international division.

**Duties**
- Collaborate closely with the International Recruitment team in Sydney and our overseas counterparts in Manila.
- Leverage leads generated through our marketing efforts and partake in business development.
- Undertake regular overseas travel, with quarterly trips to the Philippines as a core requirement.
- Take detailed job briefs from clients.
- Provide clients with timely progress updates and project status reports.
- Contribute to the growth of a vital business unit.

**Skills and experience**
- **Must** hold qualifications as a mechanic in the Heavy, Plant or Light vehicle industry.
- Prior experience in interviewing trades staff is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset.
