**About the role**.**:
**Key responsibilities**.**:

- **Application Integration**
- **Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)**
- Utilise expert knowledge to optimize Azure AD performance.
- Investigate and adopt tools, techniques, and processes, including automation, for managing Azure AD.
- Collaborate with teams to align Azure AD services with service expectations, security requirements, and quality standards.
- **Citrix**
- Oversee planning, installation, maintenance, and acceptance of Citrix components.
- Provide technical leadership for optimizing Citrix performance within the identity and access control context.
- **Active Directory**
- Ensure the secure and efficient operation of Active Directory.
- Provide guidance on security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery for Active Directory.
- Investigate and adopt tools, techniques, and processes for managing Active Directory.
- **Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) / Identity and Access Management (IAM)**
- Leverage strong IGA/IAM skills to design and implement effective identity management solutions.
- Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and documentation for identity and access controls.
- Provide guidance on compliance with security administration procedures and review identity controls for potential breaches.
- Investigate and implement system changes required to maintain robust security in the IAM domain.

**Highly desirable criteria**.**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or degree in technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- High-level knowledge and experience in Azure AD, Citrix, and Active Directory.
- General work experience with multi-disciplined teams to a fully competent level (6 to 10 years).
- Strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
