**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct riding lessons for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels from beginners to advanced riders.
- Provide instruction in both flatwork and jumping, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants.
- Develop lesson plans that align with EA standards and the specific needs of each rider.
- Assist with horse care and management as needed.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for riders and staff alike.
- General cleaning duties of stables

**Requirements**:

- EA Instructor accreditation (current, in the process of obtaining or willing to obtain) and or Horse Safety Australia accreditation.
- Experience in teaching and coaching riders of all ages and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for horses and equestrian sports.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. (Sundays not required)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
- Working with Children check or willing to obtain
- Desired experience, working with participants with disabilities

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.50 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
