National Manager Strategic Growth

**The Role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a National Manager Strategic Growth to lead a team to maintain effective, productive and harmonious relationships with our partner network to drive sustainable business outcomes. This includes driving the strategic alignment, identification, onboarding and execution of partner opportunities to support business growth.
The incumbent will be accountable to the Head of Customer Experience & Sales and can work flexibly from our Southbank office and home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Grow existing Partnerships to ensure long term mutually beneficial and highly integrated relationships. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for ongoing evaluation, to ensure business needs are being met.
- Delivery of quality customers through new Partnerships - with a focus on delivering great customer experience. Improve Customer Experience across all sales channels in relation to sales interaction quality and compliance.
- Manage the development of commercial agreements for each new partnership opportunity that is agreed to be on boarded and work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that agreements meet the business, legal & regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to a small team to ensure the function’s strategy is implemented
- Develop reporting that reflect performance to agreed targets for all identified Strategic Partnership opportunities.
**About You**:
You will be experienced with leading a team to develop, document and maintain partner development strategy and pipeline and have the ability to identify partnership opportunities that can deliver on desired business outcomes. You possess a high level of business acumen and can conceptualise complex commercial variables and be comfortable working with ambiguity.
Knowledge of deregulated service markets such as telecommunications, energy or financial services will be well regarded.
Understanding of the energy market channels and energy industry experience will be preferred.
