**About the Role**:
Our Brisbane Support Office at Richlands is looking for a Part Time Administration Officer - Accounts Payable. In this role you will be responsible for the management of payments going out of the system. Supporting the Finance team, you will work with the other team members to coordinate the management of payables, as well as provide quality customer service. This part time role will involve working approximately 3 days per week. The days and hours are negotiable.

**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:

- Working within the Accounts Payable and Business Systems (Filebound) to process invoices.
- Setting up suppliers (including managing the account sign off), entering and matching invoices.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up and management of invoice discrepancies supporting the business to ensure resolution.
- Assisting the Accounts Payable Supervisor with the day-to-day processing required of the department.

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Previous experience in the Accounts Payable field
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible with an adaptable attitude amidst an environment of constant change.
- Advanced MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel
- Experience using financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
