**The Opportunity**

x15 is looking for an **experienced Service Desk Analyst **who is ready to join a dynamic team supporting x15 and Venture staff. The x15 Service Desk is not your traditional boring old helpdesk, we pride ourselves on doing things a little different. You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions, get hands on with cutting edge technology and work with amazing people.

- Keep our customers happy - the latest tech always comes with the latest problems, embrace and smile
- Be on point for all level 1/2 support issues across multiple teams
- Own and support all aspects of M365, its core to our business and we are always pushing the boundaries
- Continually deploy and refine processes to keep increasing our level of automation
- Work closely with customers & vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Schedule and implement change requests.
- Manage x15’s laptop fleet in close partnership with our hardware vendors

**We are interested to hear from people who have experience in the majority of the below, and a strong desire to master the rest**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong background in a customer service-oriented role.
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft M365 environments (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, Power Platform Etc).
- Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune & Autopilot
- Knowledge of JAMF and Apple business manager
- Strong background in supporting end user hardware (including both macOS and Windows devices).
- Scripting and automation skills including but not limited to PowerShell, Python and Power Platform
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud suite (ideally including Jira ServiceDesk)
- Experience with Git/Github and proven documentation skills
