Admin Assistant

IPA is seeking a team player with excellent customer service skills to provide Administrative Support at our client's site in Henderson, Western Australia.
The role is full-time 8.30 am-4.30 pm Monday to Friday for at least 3 months.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception / Administration: telephone calls, office stationery ordering, greeting visitors, and tour groups.
Preparation and formatting of Word documents/reports and filing into a controlled document site.
Assisting other departments when the need arises (Marketing and Business Development)
Skills & Experience Required:
Good command of the English language (written and oral) is essential.
Prior administration experience
The ability to work within a team environment
Invoicing knowledge is a bonus
Excellent command of Office Suite
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 17/04/2023
