Our HR Technology team is responsible for delivering a first-class experience to all our customers globally. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join on a 12-month contract basis, to drive the agile delivery of a global transformation project, by bringing together a cross-functional team whilst uplifting their agile maturity for end-to-end delivery.

You will ensure smooth delivery of prioritised features using the Scrum Framework and will facilitate effective team ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives and will have a high attention to detail as you are proactive on managing risk, regulatory and compliance obligations. Use metrics effectively to improve the performance and quality of the team, manage capacity, issues and cross team dependencies. You will coach your team to higher performance and drive continuous improvement activities.

We anticipate being successful in this role you will have:

- Customer obsessions to create a world class experience for our people
- Experience leading end-to-end agile delivery through separate phases of the delivery lifecycle
- Mange JIRA and ability to set up a fit-for-purpose cadence of ceremonies to facilitate, to ensure the right outcomes are achieved
- Experience at forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery
- Ability to talk to the value of metrics and the story they tell
- Familiarity with Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence)

- Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master
