The opportunity

QBE Insurance is currently undergoing a fundamental transformation and modernisation, taking us into the future so that we can continue to enable a more resilient future for Australians. As part of this, we are building out on our Agile capabilities and are seeking multiple experienced and professional Scrum Masters to join the team on a temporary basis for 6 months.

In this critical role, you will:

- Lead and coach squads to deliver on agreed projects through Agile ways of working
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Drive consistency of delivery practice across teams, using cutting edge practices, tools and processes
- Build and leverage networks with stakeholders across the organisation to drive delivery efficiency

Your story so far

Your professional experience will consist of:

- Strong delivery experience across Agile delivery models
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master certifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to drive outcomes through others
