The Communications Group and Policelink Group Operators are committed to providing high quality, client focused service in a call centre environment, in response to calls for assistance from members of the public across Queensland. We play a vital role in assisting the front-line officers in keeping the community safe.
In your role as Training and Development Officer you will be responsible for delivering the five-day specialist Domestic and Family Violence training course across the state to Police Communications and Policelink Groups.

**Your Key Accountabilities are**:

- Conduct needs analysis in conjunction with Communications Group management to determine training requirements of Communications Group staff and contribute to the development of strategies to meet these requirements.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs in accordance with policies, best practices, procedures and standards.
- Undertake assessment of staff and prepare reports based on these assessments.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of training policies, best practices, procedures and standards
- Undertake the assessment and evaluation of internal training and development programs.
- Establish and maintain information management and other administrative systems to monitor the training and assessment of Communications Group Staff.
