As part of a multi-disciplinary teams of designers, technology engineers, data scientists and beyond you will work in rapid sprints to showcase some of IBM’s most innovative solutions for our largest clients.

We’re looking for graduates who want to combine their deep design education with the people skills needed to co-create with customers, partners, and colleagues - face-to-face, on solutions to our clients’ most complex business challenges.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Understanding and communicating business value and technical feasibility to client stakeholders to shape the future of their technology landscape.

As we help you combine your technical education with consultative sales best practices, you will accelerate enterprises’ success by providing award winning solutions across Cloud, Data & AI, Security and Automation.

- Aligning to a client set and defining, confirming, and communicating the differentiated value of IBM's technology to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the broader IBM sales teams and process to support their delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, whilst expanding existing accounts.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- You are in your final year of tertiary education OR have graduated from an Australian University no earlier than 2021.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that are equally engaging, compelling, and influential.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 1 - 2 years of Design Thinking and Agile experience with demonstrable examples of contributing to the solving of clients’ problems.
- Hands-on exposure to creating and facilitating Design Thinking workshops, working in Agile multi-disciplinary teams and storytelling through creating playback showcases
