**We are looking for**

- Demonstrated ability to promote and market the Intensive Care NSW network effectively with clinicians, senior management and external stakeholders, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with clinicians, senior clinicians and executives.

**About us**

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

**What you will be doing**

The Project Officer will manage and lead the planning, development and implementation of priority projects that will improve the quality and safety of intensive services across NSW.

This role will support the network priorities and provide support and guidance to some of the NSW Intensive Care NSW advisory, working and special interest groups. This will include the development of a strategy for the integration of these groups, with clear work plans and identified deliverables.

The Project Officer will work in collaboration with the Intensive Care NSW Network Manager, Intensive Care NSW Clinical Director, ICNSW team, the Intensive Care NSW Network, ACI Streams and Directorates, and key stakeholders.

**Remuneration**: $122,850 - $139,559 per annum (pro rata), excluding Superannuation

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Health discipline with experience in Intensive Care or Critical Care areas.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and write high-level complex information rapidly and accurately to facilitate project work, reports and clinical guidance.
- Demonstrated high level skills in communication and facilitating multidisciplinary teams to achieve innovative change and providing high level advice.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
