**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Voluntary Separation Package (VSP)/Payroll Project Officer to join our Workforce Management team.

The VSP/Payroll Project Officer is responsible for accurately and promptly executing complex calculations related to Voluntary Separation Packages (VSP) and payroll matters. This includes conducting leave audits, managing over and underpayments, and ensuring compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation.

Ensuring a high standard of customer service and quality management, this role is a key point of contact for employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing responsive and accurate advice on payroll and leave matters.

**About You**

A customer-centric approach is important, including understanding and responding to customer needs and perspectives, along with a proactive attitude towards change management and risk mitigation.

ASO5 - $84,522 to $94,003 per annum
