- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that transactions are complying with both internal and external requirements, safeguarding the bank against any material loss.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with International colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Strong communications skills, both verbally and in writing with a variety of audiences, enabling you to build effective relationships and exercise influence both internally and externally.
- A team focus, able to share and express ideas openly, while appreciating other points of view, being able to work both independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proactively to participate in and promote local, regional and global initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.

We value different perspectives, we succeed together, collaborating across boundaries, we take responsibility, holding ourselves accountable to get things done. Through these values, HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are appreciated and respected and where opinions count.
