An exciting opportunity exists to coordinate the City’s leased properties. If you are keen to make a difference to communities, have an understanding of property and contract law and can lead a small team, then this role is for you.

You will be required to develop, review and negotiate community and commercial leases. In this role you will implement policies, procedures and business processes which optimises the use of leased properties. You will interpret relevant legislation and oversee the management of City land, and Crown land vested to the City for leasing purposes.

You are an excellent communicator and are able to negotiate successful outcomes. You possess well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. You must have highly developed customer service skills and have overseen budgets in previous roles.

A degree in an appropriate discipline, or commencement towards is essential for this role, as is a current ‘C’ class driver’s licence.

We are offering a gross salary of **$96,572** per annum and:

- 11% superannuation and the opportunity to co-contribute a further 5%
- A variety of health and wellbeing programmes; including a physical health reimbursement subsidy payment of $150 pa, free flu vaccinations, skin checks, mental health programs and Employee Assistance Provider services.
- Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and two additional paid days of absence per annum.
- Training and development opportunities including paid study leave and study fees.
- Salary packaging opportunities for motor vehicles, etc.
