**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
Project Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with RPOs and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with testing staff, including RPOS and lab staff.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in Sharepoint.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability in testing procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
Client Interaction
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress.
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and expectations.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement solutions to address challenges.
Continuous Improvement
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering).
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a testing or laboratory environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and industry standards.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
