Freight Handler

**_Have you lost your job due to the current lockdown and eager to get back to work? _Wymap People are currently seeking experience Freight Handlers in Enfield for one of our leading clients_**
- You will be responsible for supporting both import and export operations as well as general freight. As a Freight handler, you will require excellent planning and organisation skills with a strong & positive work ethic that will visually be shown in your work. _

**Duties you may be performing in this role could include**:

- Receiving inbound freight, unloading of heavy vehicles and storage of freight.
- Packing of units and loading onto vehicles for transport.
- RF Scanning
- Labelling
- General housekeeping of the warehouse environment to ensure it is safe and tidy throughout the shift and end of shift.

**About you**:

- Possess initiative and a strong work ethic
- Great time management skills
- Experience in manual handling
- Previous warehouse or Freight Handling experience (desirable)
- Ability to carry out repetitive manual handling
- Working in a team environment as well as being able to work on your own if needed

**Normal Shift Times**:

- Mon - Fri: 5:30am - 1:00pm

OR
- Mon - Fri: 4pm - 8pm

Due to the nature of our work, it is an inherent requirement that you can pass a federal police check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
