**ROLE PURPOSE**:
The Health, Hygiene & Safety Specialist is responsible for providing expert solutions & insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures Winc is helping our customers to achieve their procurement objectives.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Business Development:

- _Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their health, hygiene, safety and packaging requirements._
- _Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking._
- _Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business._
- Product Knowledge:

- _Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in health, hygiene, safety and packaging products and services._
- _Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our solutions to clients, providing demonstrations as necessary._
- Client Consultation:

- _Conduct thorough assessments of client facilities to identify specific health, hygiene, safety and packaging needs._
- _Offer consultative solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to each business._
- Relationship Building:

- _Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on health, hygiene, safety and packaging matters._
- _Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction._
- Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the health, hygiene, and safety sector.
- Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations and best practices.
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with Customers, Team members and Stakeholders.
- Moderate to High level of skill in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering solutions to the customer.
- Mindset of Drive/ Confidence/ Accountability/ Resilience and Adaptability
- Strong teamwork skills
