**What you’ll be working on**

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Health, Safety & Environment, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a Safety and Environment Management System that spans multiple markets across AMEA.

The management systems will be aligned to ISO standards 45001 / 14001 while complementing other organisational policy and procedures. This role will involve:

- Managing the Safety & Environment management systems to drive continuous improvement of processes & procedures.
- The drafting of compliant and fit for purpose procedures.
- Being the project lead in the development of the management system processes and documentation
- Working with a diverse group of people across multiple countries
- Having an eye for detail and a good understanding of how to source information across a diverse legislative environment
- Providing specialist training as required
- Monitoring Management System performance and developing corrective action plans.
- Supporting operations during required audits
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external customers

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in a Quality, Safety & Environmental management systems or similar experience working with integrated management systems
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards as well as best practice processes, theories and
- methodologies
- High-level of attention to detail and ability to make recommendations for appropriate action
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in technical writing
- Ability to make high level, complex and critical decisions with mínimal supervision and or support
