One of Australia’s Innovative **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Records/ Information Management Officer** to join their multidisciplinary team based in Sydney. The successful **Records/ Information Management Officer** will be supporting the Departments upgrade to their Information Management program and to undertake records appraisal and sentencing of its physical and digital records. The successful **Records/ Information Management Officer **will secure a **contract to January 2024 with 6-month extension options** with a **rewarding hourly rate** with **working from home arrangements.**

The successful **Records/ Information Management Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Undertaking appraisal and sentencing of physical and digital records
- Managing disposal processes for physical and digital records
- Assisting with audits of SharePoint Online and R365
- Cataloguing of information assets for inclusion in department library

The successful **Records/ Information Management Officer **will have experience in the following:

- Experience with Records classification and disposal in accordance with Australian Government Recordkeeping standards.
- Knowledge of and experience with AFDA is desired.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration.
- Proven Experience with administration of an EDRMS.
