**What will you be doing?**
- Lead the site quality function to ensure effective operations and performance
- Develop, maintain and implement the site Quality Management system
- Engage, lead and train staff on site to ensure they have a strong understanding of quality and impacts on their role
- Manage department budget and reporting
- Monitor KPI’s and compliance to all regulatory requirements

**What do you need?**
- Demonstrated experience leading a quality management system
- Strong management of customer relationships
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Tertiary degree in food science or related discipline
- FMCG industry experience
