Our client, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join their team in Perth, in the larger Innaloo/Osborne Park areas.
As the Service Manager, you will lead and manage the operations of the Regional WA team, while also inspiring and guiding a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services and achieve return-to-work outcomes for their clients.

**In this role, your duties will include**:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Regional WA team, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with business objectives and within budget and timeframe constraints
- Coach, mentor, and lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve return-to-work outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the continuous improvement of service delivery, and to achieve return-to-work benchmarks and KPIs across held portfolios
- Undertake case management activities, as required
- Travel to regional locations, as needed (approximately fortnightly)
**What you will need**:
- A strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Registration within Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Chiropractic, and a willingness to travel as required
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team to achieve success
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Passion for helping people regain their health and return to work
