**Join the team**

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Leasing Administrator to join our driven Lease Management Team within the property space.

This role is committed to ensuring leases are accurately administered with a focus around reducing operating costs for the business. Leveraging your prior property experience within commercial and shopping centre/retail, you will have a strong understanding of leasing terms, charge negotiation, lease calculations and lease payments.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collating and inputting sales and leasing data into Lease Management Software.
- Ensuring all lease payments are accurately calculated and paid in accordance to lease terms and requirements.
- Monitor and manage upcoming lease reviews.
- Collaborating with a team to manage 450 active leases across Australia and New Zealand.
- Reviewing leasing terms and conditions. Reviewing additional leasing charges and negotiating with landlords around extended trade charges.
- Performing lease calculations and providing reporting to both internal and external stakeholders within specific timelines.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**
- Ideally 2 years’ experience within a similar property leasing role.
- Strong attention to detail regarding leasing terms and conditions.
- High level of analytical thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise, influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Prove ability to perform leasing and sales calculations for landlords.
