**The Opportunity**

We are seeking reliable and motivated Support Workers for a participant in Geelong who requires 24hour support. Shifts include 8hour shifts and inactive sleepover.

**Your Responsibilities**

Your day to day tasks may include:

- Assistance with personal care (feeding, meal preparation, personal hygiene, supervision)
- Domestic Assistance (light cleaning and other home chores)
- Community Access (facilitate and support Members to participate in various meaningful community-based activities)
- Companionship (spending quality time with participant, socialising and engaging in their hobbies)

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in Aged Care/ Disabilities/Individual Support, plus at least 6months paid work experience
- Proof of Australian residency status or working rights
- Valid Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First aid including CPR
- Full Australia’s driver’s licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- 2 professional references

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
Support Workers are expected to adhere to infection control measures at all times and to wear masks during contact with Members.
