**About the role**:
The Manager, Quality and Compliance is accountable to the Director, Financial Accounting and will lead and develop a team of approximately 25 staff responsible for providing financial management compliance, bank reconciliation, process improvement, project management and quality assurance services to various SA Government agencies.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the provision of control and compliance services in a large and complex service delivery orientated business.
- Ability to effectively manage and develop staff to foster initiative, promote teamwork and performance management practices to achieve outcomes.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing quality assurance, business improvement and change management initiatives within a large and dynamic accounting environment.
