This exciting role sits across the entire organisation where you will be ensuring compliance and quality safeguarding standards. Reporting to the Head of Governance and Compliance your primary accountabilities will be:

- Uplift, assurance and maintenance of the risk & incident management registers.
- Assist and support the Manager to ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with various rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain the Compliance Obligation.
- Operationally lead and implement internal auditing practices to ensure standards and legislative compliance obligations are being met
- Assist with yearly external quality audit preparation
- Working along side the CEO and Executive teams to ensure standards are met and fit for purpose to align with the strategic direction and enterprise framework for the organisation.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role (Health Exp is advantageous but not essential)
- Have an analytical mind with excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Practical experience developing and coordinating QRC initiatives at an operational level
- Knowledge of quality assurance and risk management frameworks
- Policy and procedure drafting skills.
- Excellent track record of working closely with teams and a natural aptitude to lead others on the quality compliance journey.
