**Duties**
APS5 and APS6 Human Resource Advisor roles in PSB, include but are not limited to the following responsibilities.
- Manage and build relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the branch to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute in the preparation of written and verbal updates of reports to senior management on the progress of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members as required.
- Resolve moderately complex and complex enquiries and provide information and advice as a representative of the work area.
- Manage and support the implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and APS and departmental polices.

A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.

Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for a specified term of up to 18 months. A specified term may be extended up to a maximum period of 3 years.
