**Why Your Role Matters**:
A Teaching Support Administrator, Health & Biomedical Sciences provides effective day-to-day logístical and operational support for undergraduate coursework teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact and provide high quality customer service to staff, students and Conjoints for teaching support enquiries.
- Assist with organising logístical aspects of teaching including timetabling, scheduling teachers, and room bookings / resources.
- Support the design, development, maintenance and distribution of learning materials, including the use of technology to enable online learning.
- Assist with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support online learning activities for courses, including but not limited to the creation, rollover and release of courses, allocating students to online groups, and online assessment management.
- Under the direction of the management team, prepare and process academic casual contracts in line with UNSW’s policies and procedures.
- Assist with coordinating assessments and exams including external, internal and centrally run exams (and supplementary exams), and coordinate results processing (including special considerations, late entry, changes and disputed marks) as required by course and program convenors.

**Who You Are**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
