Marketing Executive

**About The Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our company. The position is full-time basis, with a salary ranging from $75,000 to $ 85,000 depending on experience. The successful applicant would be responsible for marketing expansion, marketing strategies setting, overall marketing planning and their coordination and implementation. The position would work with the business development team and be responsible to the the Manager of our company. Creative thinking, positive attitude, good teamwork skills and proficient skills in related editing, designing and analytics softwares are required.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support the company's business obejcts
- Analyse the demand for new trend in the industry of construction and building framing projects based on data analysis and statistics
- Undertake market research and identify new marketing opportunities and channels for publicising the company’s steel framing service and the advantages of our products
- Excute marketing goals, policies and campaigns to target potential customers and framing projects in the building industry
- Study the local and regional market characteristics for building materials and building developments to propagandize our framing projects
- Promote the advantages of our framing and building service to attract targeted consumers and cooperative projects
- Make marketing plan on all elements such as project mix, pricing, advertising and distribution channels based on the customers’ demands
- Coordinate creating and publishing written and visual marketing content for various social media and online channels aiming to attract and engage existing and potential customers
- Manage, maintain, and promote the company’s brand reputation through branding and marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

- At least 4+ years proven working experience in marketing
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Experienced with integrated marketing campaigns and online marketing
- Excellent time management and team management
- Creative thinking - for visuals, content, and broader business solutions

**Preferred Additional Requirements**
- Fluency in English with bilingual competence is preferable
- Proficient PC skills of MS office and Google Drive is preferable
- Comfortable with numbers is an advantage
- Good teamwork and excellent communiation skills are preferable
