**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Admin Support Workshop supports the state-wide NSW Ambulance workshops within the NSW Ambulance Fleet, Equipment and Uniform department. This will include high-level administrative support in the vehicle and equipment maintenance, vehicle the commissioning and decommissioning and vehicle modification and enhancement programs of operational and non-operational NSW Ambulance vehicles.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to organise, track and manage correspondence, documents, records and data files.
- Sound communication (oral and written), interpersonal and liaison skills and the ability to provide a professional approach in dealing with staff, corporate stakeholders and the general community; Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Superior computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office suite and specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn and implement new software and electronic systems, using records management and document tracking systems; experience in and understanding of Oracle systems or similar electronic accounting/ purchasing systems.
- High-level written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including a demonstrated commitment to providing effective client services and to interacting with staff, management and external stakeholders. Demonstrated effective planning and organising skills in a high-volume work environment and the ability to deliver multiple outcomes within tight timeframes where attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to research, collect and analyse databases and information.
- Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and as a team member.
