**About the Team**:
The Operational Doctrine and Training (OD&T) Team lead the development and implementation of contemporary training that enable the ongoing development and relevance of people capability within CFA.

**About the Role**:
A full time, fixed term opportunity through to 30 June 2023 has arisen for an adaptable, energetic and confident Administrator to support Operational Doctrine and Training.
Key responsibilities of this important role will see you provide efficient and effective administration support of all training development with a particular focus on supporting the Coordinators of Learning and Development.
Your days will be varied and see you provide direct support to the OD&T team to ensure consistency and standardisation of administrative practice. In addition, you will work closely with particular projects and associated administrative, financial and logístical elements.

**About You**:
Crucial to your success in this role will be your adaptability, attitude, willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a great team. You will also be highly motivated and keen to demonstrate your initiative. Naturally you will have excellent attention to detail and organisational and time-management skills managing a multitude of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Furthermore, you'll have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a strong working knowledge of maintaining databases. Experience with financial systems and design platforms will be advantageous.
