**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an outstanding AnglicareSA employee to step into this Coordinator role in the Disability Support Service team, whilst one of the team members is involved in other activities in the business.

If you have experience in delivering quality service that supports the needs of individuals and have skills in day to day coordination, ability to provide leadership and guidance to a team, monitor service performance and build effective positive relationships with staff and customers then this may be the opportunity for you

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Review behaviour support plans and correspond to behavioural support planning procedures
- Liaise with behaviour support practitioners and relevant stakeholders regarding these plans
- Ensure timely reporting to the commission is met
- Provide effective day-to-day coordination of the service and staff optimisation, as needed
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in an effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with other service providers and networks, facilitating a holistic service approach and the identification of service gaps.
- Support a workplace culture that engages employees through communication, recognition and collaboration.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Certificate IV in Mental Health or Disability (or equivalent)
- Graduate qualification in social work, social services or developmental education is desirable
- Great knowledge in Behaviour Support Plans
- Sound understanding of the NDIS and process for accessing funding and support
- Strong customer service and communication skills to relate to the needs of a diverse customer group
- Approved TGA COVID and Influenza vaccinations
