Maxima Recruitment Services are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to undertake a full-time, entry-level traineeship as a Recruitment Coordinator.

Maxima is a not-for-profit, community-oriented organisation with the main goal of placing individuals into meaningful work. Having been in the industry for over 35 years, Maxima is experienced within a wide range of employment and recruitment services including Apprenticeships and Traineeships, Indigenous Employment, Disability Employment, and Temporary and Permanent Recruitment.

**What will you do?**
- Support consultants with general administrative duties
- Assist with recruitment processes including applicant screening, interviewing and reference checks
- Liaise with various stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with the scheduling of client rosters
- Provide support to payroll teams for outstanding timesheets

**What you will need**:

- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
